ENGINEERING CAREERS REIMAGINED

JMK was founded on a simple idea: MEP engineers with experience from traditional firms can deliver exceptional results while also enjoying a healthier work-life balance. We built JMK to solve the common challenges that great engineers often face at larger companies, and to move beyond the rigid structures that can lead to burnout. Our environment offers a refreshing alternative—a more human way of working. Looking for the structure of a traditional role? We've got it. Ready for the flexibility of hybrid or remote? We've got that too.

As a result, we have grown successfully, steadily and quietly, taking great pride in our work. Our reputation and results speak for themselves. Clients continue to trust us with new opportunities and introduce us to projects that push boundaries, bring bold visions to life, and shape our community.

Today, we are growing and looking for the right people to join us. If you are ready to be part of something great —something that supports you and values the work that you do— we would like to meet you. We invite you to be part of our journey with JMK.
