He’s passionate about thoughtful, well-coordinated design and enjoys collaborating with industry partners.

Back when “free time” was a thing, you could find him out on the water, on the golf course, or checking out the latest restaurants (you know - for design research).

Gabriel brings more than two decades of MEP drafting and design expertise to the team, with experience spanning multiple jurisdictions across the mainland and Hawai‘i.
His experience has given him a knack for turning complex systems into clean, buildable drawings that make the work of everyone around him just a little easier.

When he’s not translating buildings into lines and layers, Gabriel can usually be found soaking up the sunshine with his family, exploring new trails with his dogs, or trying to convince his kids that drafting really is cool. He’s the kind of guy who’ll happily debate the merits of different pen weights over lunch—but he’ll also share his favorite beach snack without hesitation.

With nearly a decade of experience in mechanical design and construction, Annam brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every project. His background gives him a strong understanding of how systems not only work on paper but also come to life in the field. Whether collaborating with design teams or coordinating with contractors, he’s driven by clear communication, thoughtful solutions, and well-built results.

When the workday wraps, Annam trades ductwork and diffuser schedules for turntables; lifelong music enthusiast and DJ, he’s just as comfortable behind a mixer as he is on the mat, where he trains in jiu-jitsu.
